ILF Ramen Core Element 68-36 with a design as shown in the picture, for moderately advanced archers, made of wood and laminate. They fit most ILF bows. The 36 lbs draw weight is suitable for those who have already used weaker limbs at the beginning; we do not recommend it for beginners. It is one of the only ILF traditional wooden bows suitable even for occasional small game hunting if someone wants a strong bow.
